About BlackRock International Dividend Fund - Class A
The fund primarily allocates its capital, dedicating at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds for investment), to dividend-yielding stocks from non-U.S. companies across all market capitalizations. It may also invest in derivatives possessing comparable economic features. Up to 20% of its net assets may be allocated to a broad spectrum of global fixed-income instruments. These include corporate debt, government bonds (both U.S. and international, including those from supranational entities), asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, corporate credit, emerging market debt, and high-yield (non-investment grade) bonds.
